- December 11th, 2004 - Grading Day
The fourth USMA grading day went according to schedule with around 70 students present, of whom 50 were graded.
Carey Grammar as well Ormond Primary School reached a new level, completing a very sucessful year for our Schools Program.
- November 28th, 2004 - End of Year Celebration
Our end of year get-together was held at Lemnos Tavern and was a very pleasant afternoon for all who attended.

- October 31st, 2004 - Training Day at Rosedale (between Traralgon and Sale)
A small group from USMA visited with the Southern Taekwon-Do School near Rosedale for a combined training day. We enjoyed great hospitality and it was
a most enjoyable day despite the early start thanks to daylight savings !
- October 17th, 2004 - USMA vs ITDF Tournament
The second USMA vs ITDF Tournament was held at the Sunshine Training Centre, Northumberland Secondary College, Northumberland Road,
Sunshine. More details of results to come.
- September 24th / 25th, 2004 - Oceanic Championships
USMA took a small team of 12 members to the Oceanic Championships, and for at least half of these, it was their first tournament. The team performed
creditably with 10 members winning medals and everyone trying hard on the day.

The third grading day for USMA for 2004 was held at Ashburton Pool and Recreation Centre. It was one of the largest gradings for USMA with
70 students grading from our four branches at Ashburton, Carlton, Ormond and Carey. Congratulations to James Markworth who graded successfully for
his second degree blackbelt and David Dunbar who graded successfully for his first degree blackbelt.
- July 3rd and 4th, 2004 - Master Cutler seminar
USMA was proud to host a seminar by Master Cutler at the Ashburton Pool and Recreation Centre, Warner Ave, Ashburton. It was a really worthwhile experience
for all the participants.
- June 5th, 2004 - Grading Day
The second grading day for USMA for 2004 was held at the stadium of Ashburton Pool and Recreation Centre. We are very proud to have four new Black Belts in
our school, as well as a number of gup promotions. Congratulations to Alan Sanders, Michael Corry, Tania Matthews and Katie McDonald on achieving their first
degree black belts.
- April 3rd 2004 - Tournament
The first official Interschool tournament between USMA (home team) and ITDF (visiting team) has been held at the Ashburton Pool and Recreation Centre.

- March 6th, 2004 - Grading Day
The first grading day for USMA for 2004 was held at the stadium of Ashburton Pool and Recreation Centre. Congratulations to all who participated.
- February 29th, 2004 - Demonstration
USMA put on a high level Taekwondo demonstration , thrilling a large crowd at the Annual Ashburton Fete .
All aspects of General Choi"s Art were covered. Highlights of the day included the Girls Pattern Team, self defence for females,
model sparring, board breaking, 1 step, 2 step and 3 step sparring. A great team effort. Well done, Team USMA !!
