U.S.M.A. Taekwon-Do was fortunate to have a visit from Grand Master Leong Wei Meng. Grand Master Leong conducted a three hour class at U.S.M.A.'s Ashburton school. For the lucky ones who attended, we spent the entire class focusing on the finer points of sine-wave, and the utilization of the knee-spring.
